Full-Service Payroll

Ongoing payroll processing from start to finish. We run payroll each pay period, calculate and deposit payroll taxes, file quarterly returns, and prepare year-end W-2s. Your team gets paid accurately and on time.

What This Covers

This is ongoing payroll management for service businesses with employees. Restaurants with tipped staff. Salons with stylists on the schedule. Cleaning companies with crews. Home service businesses with technicians in the field. If you have hourly or salaried workers who need to get paid on a regular schedule, this is the service.

We handle the full payroll cycle every pay period. We calculate wages, run the payroll, deposit the payroll taxes, file the quarterly returns, and prepare your W-2s at year end. You send us the hours and any changes, and we take it from there.

Each Pay Period

We process payroll on your schedule, whether that is weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly. We calculate gross wages, withholdings, and net pay for each employee. Paychecks or direct deposits go out on time, every time.

The Tax Side

We calculate federal and state payroll taxes, deposit them on schedule, and file your quarterly payroll tax returns. The 941s and state filings are submitted on time. You do not have to track the deadlines or worry about late deposit penalties.

Why This Matters

Payroll is unforgiving. Miss a tax deposit deadline and the IRS sends a penalty notice. File a quarterly return late and there is another penalty. Calculate withholdings wrong and you owe the difference plus interest. The rules are strict, and the fines add up fast.

Most service business owners are not payroll experts. They are running a restaurant, managing a cleaning operation, or handling service calls. Payroll is one more thing on the list, and it is the kind of thing where a small mistake can cost real money. Handing it off to someone who does this every day removes the risk.

Penalty Risk

The IRS takes payroll taxes seriously. A late deposit can trigger a penalty of up to 15 percent of the unpaid amount. A missed quarterly filing brings its own fine. Getting payroll wrong is expensive, and the penalties compound if you fall behind.

Time Cost

Running payroll takes time. Gathering hours, calculating wages, figuring out the taxes, making the deposits, filing the returns. For a busy owner, those hours add up every pay period. That is time you could spend on the business instead of in the back office.

What You Get

Your employees get paid accurately and on time. The payroll taxes are calculated correctly and deposited on schedule. The quarterly filings go out before the deadline. At year end, your W-2s are prepared and distributed to your team. The whole payroll cycle is handled.

Because Simona is a CPA and Enrolled Agent, the work is done to a professional standard. If something comes up with the IRS or a state agency related to payroll, you have someone in your corner who understands the rules and can help resolve it.

Year-End W-2s

At the end of the year, we prepare W-2s for all your employees and make sure they are filed with the Social Security Administration. Your team gets their forms on time, and you do not have to scramble in January to figure out how to produce them.

If You Prefer to Run It Yourself

Some owners want to handle payroll on their own but need help getting started. If that sounds like you, our Payroll System Setup and Training service gets your system configured correctly and teaches you how to run it. This ongoing service is for owners who would rather hand it off completely.
