Meet Simona Leppala
Simona Leppala is the founder of Smart Outsourced Solutions. She's a Certified Public Accountant and an Enrolled Agent, which means she handles bookkeeping, tax planning, and IRS representation in-house. She also holds an MBA and a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst certification.
Before starting the firm, she spent more than eight years at accounting firms across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. She worked her way from bookkeeper and tax preparer through staff and tax accountant roles to senior accountant, where she supervised other accountants and advised business owners on hiring, purchasing, and other financial decisions.
That experience shaped how she thinks about the work. Good books aren't just accurate. They tell you something useful. Which clients make money. Where cash gets stuck. What the business actually looks like when you strip away the noise.
She also works as a business advisor, helping owners with valuations and due diligence when they're buying or selling a company. That perspective carries into the day-to-day work. She understands what a healthy business looks like from the inside and from the outside.
Simona speaks native Mandarin Chinese and welcomes Mandarin-speaking business owners who prefer to work in their first language.
